How to Order Your Pirzo Number Plates

At Pirzo, we make ordering premium number plates simple while ensuring full DVLA compliance. Follow these steps to place your order securely.

1. Select Your Perfect Plates

  • Select from Pirzo Especial, Pirzo Original, or Pirzo Classic.
  • Plate size – Full length, fitted, or contact us for a recommendation on a custom size at no extra cost.
  • Pick your preferred lettering style:
    • 2D Thermal Printed
    • 3D Gel Resin Domed
    • 4D Acrylic Laser Cut
    • 4D Gel

2. Submit Your Proof of Identity & Registration

To legally produce your number plates, we require proof of identity and registration entitlement.

Digital Documents (Accepted Online via email)

You can email the following documents in their original digital format:
✔ eV948 – Electronic number plate authorisation certificate
✔ Fleet Operator Letter – Including the document reference number
✔ V5C on Demand (V5C Suppression) – PDF vehicle details from the DVLA’s online service

✔Proof of Address (within the last 6 months)

     ✔Utility Bill, phone bill, or council tax bill

     ✔Bank or building society statement

Physical Documents

We accept:

✔ Proof of Registration Entitlement

  • Vehicle registration certificate (V5C or V5CNI)
  • New keeper supplement (V5C/2 or V5C/2NI)
  • Certificate of entitlement (V750 or V750NI)
  • Retention document (V778)
  • Vehicle tax/SORN renewal reminder (V11 or V11NI)
  • Temporary registration certificate (V379 or V379NI)
  • V948 number plate authorisation certificate (DVLA/DVSA official stamp)

✔Proof of Address

  • Driving licence (photo-card or paper counterpart)
  • National identity card

3. Secure Shipping & Delivery

  • If you’re not local to Wolverhampton, simply post your documents to us.
  • Once received, we’ll process your order and manufacture your plates.
  • Your new plates and documents will be securely returned via Royal Mail Tracked delivery or DPD next day delivery along with your plates
