Ordering & Customization

   *What types of plates do you offer?
We offer three UK Road Legal premium plate styles:

  • Pirzo Especial – Custom-shaped plates tailored to each make and model, featuring our Signature clear edge.
  • Pirzo Original – Standard-shaped plates with our signature clear edge.
  • Pirzo Classic – Traditional plates without a clear edge.

All three options are available with 2D Thermal Printed, 3D Gel Resin Domed, 4D Acrylic Laser Cut, or 4D Gel  lettering.

   *Do you offer custom-sized plates?
Yes! You can choose from full-length or fitted plates, or contact us for a custom size recommendation at no extra cost.

   *Do your plates come as a set?
Yes, all orders include both front and rear plates. Some front plates are shaped where applicable, but unless stated otherwise, all sets include a shaped rear plate and a standard-shaped front plate.

   *I have a Lamborghini. Can I get a shaped front plate?
Yes, if your Lamborghini has a suitable fitting method, we can provide a shaped front plate. Please contact us before ordering to confirm your installation plan.

Legal & Documentation

    *Are your plates road legal?
Yes, all our plates are fully DVLA-compliant when used with legal spacing, fonts, and reflective materials. We do not sell illegal or show plates. 3D lettering is completely road legal and has been for many years.

    *What documents do I need to order plates?
To comply with DVLA regulations, we require:

✔ Proof of Registration Entitlement (e.g., V5C, V750, V778, or an eV948 certificate)
✔ Proof of Address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or driving licence from the last 6 months)

    *Can I send my documents via email?
    Documents can be sent digitally:

  • eV948 (Electronic number plate authorisation certificate)
  • Fleet operator letter (including document reference number)
  • V5C on Demand PDF (for eligible fleets)
  • Digital Banking or building society statement
  • Online Council tax letter
  • Digital Utility Bill

All other documents must be posted as original copies.

   *How do I send my documents if I’m not local?
Simply post your original documents to us, and we’ll return them securely with your new plates via Royal Mail Tracked or DPD delivery.

   *Is Pirzo a legal and registered number plate supplier?
Yes! We follow all DVLA regulations and operate legally. Be cautious of suppliers who do not request proper documentation, as they are operating illegally.

Shipping & Returns 

*How long does it take to receive my order?

Once we have received and verified your documents, we aim to dispatch your plates within 1-3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked or DPD delivery.

     *Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the UK due to legal regulations around number plate supply.

    *What happens if my plates arrive damaged?
We take great care with packaging, but if your plates arrive damaged, contact us immediately with photos.

     *Can I return or cancel my order?
As each plate is custom-made, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started. Please double-check your order details before confirming.

Fitting & Maintenance

   *Do you offer plate fitting services?
Yes! If you're local to Wolverhampton, we can fit your plates for you for a £20 fee. If you're not local, we provide easy-to-follow fitting guides.

   *How do I clean my plates?
We recommend using a mild soap solution and a microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to keep your plates in top condition.
